Commercial Schedule

This Commercial Schedule outlines the methods and mechanisms for charging and billing for the CopyReadyNow service ("Service"), owned and operated by VIRTPRODUCTGROUP LTD trading as CopyReadyNow. The Service is governed by the laws of England and Wales and provides users with access to a Generative AI tool for creating various types of content.

Credits Purchase and Use

Purchasing Credits

• Users can purchase credits ("Credits") through the CopyReadyNow platform. These Credits are added to the user's account immediately upon purchase and can be used to buy different types of content generated by the Service.
• Credits can be purchased in packages of varying sizes, with discounts available for larger purchases. The exact pricing and package details are available on the CopyReadyNow platform.

Using Credits

• Credits are used as the currency within the CopyReadyNow platform. Users can spend Credits to generate different types of content, as outlined in the table below.
• Each type of content has a fixed price in Credits. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will be communicated to users in advance.

Content Pricing

The following table provides an overview of the types of content available through the Service and their respective costs in Credits:

“AI Rewrite” is an optional service offered after initial content creation, usually at a cost of an additional 50% of the original content price. Credits will be deducted from the User’s account upon selection of this option.

If human-created content is required, this would be priced and charged separately from account Credits following agreement with a member of the CopyReadyNow team.

Topping-Up Credits

• When a user's Credit balance is low or depleted, they can "top-up" their account through the CopyReadyNow platform. This allows users to continue generating content without interruption.
• The top-up process is similar to the initial purchase of Credits, and users can select from the same packages and pricing.
• 30 credits minimum at £4.99
• 100 credits - £14.99
• 300 credits - £39.99
• 1000 credits - £99.99

Billing Information

• All payments for Credits must be made upfront through the methods available on the CopyReadyNow platform (e.g. Credit Card/Stripe, etc.).
• Receipts and invoices will be provided electronically for each transaction.

Tax and jurisdiction

• CopyReadyNow is a trading name for VIRTPRODUCTGROUP LTD, a company operated within and governed by the laws of England and Wales (Company Number: 15535802).
• Tax will be applied at checkout based on the location of the User, where the reverse charge mechanism may apply subject to local tax rules.
• All pricing listed excludes VAT.

Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds

• CopyReadyNow does not offer refunds for purchased Credits. Once Credits are purchased, they are considered final and non-refundable. Users are encouraged to review their purchase decisions carefully before buying Credits.

Cancellation

• As the Service does not subscribe the user to an ongoing subscription, cancellation of a subscription is not applicable. Users can choose to stop using the service at any time without the need for a formal cancellation process.

Terms and Conditions

• The purchase and use of Credits are subject to the terms and conditions, including but not limited to, the Beta or Standard Terms of Service (https://copyreadynow.com/terms) outlined by VIRTPRODUCTGROUP LTD (T/A CopyReadyNow). Users are advised to review these terms carefully before purchasing Credits.
• The Service reserves the right to modify the prices and packages of Credits at any time. Users will be notified of any such changes in advance.

This Commercial Schedule is part of the broader terms and conditions governing the use of the CopyReadyNow Service. By purchasing and using Credits, users agree to adhere to these terms.
